I found you through Carlos and Rich. I have a love-hate relationship with change. I want it and then sometimes I get into it and go - I don't want this! I see things differently when I get out of town...I have to leave my routine and be away to really think and really get inspired to make changes. Like this week - I'm attending 2 different conferences on 2 different subjects - a major shot in the arm for change! So great to find another Cynthia in the worship arts world!
