As distance learning increases in both availability and popularity, there will be more and more online web-based options available for ministry training and equipping.
Example: I just got an email from City Vision College which is the Internet-based distance education program of TechMission. Its mission is to prepare men and women for successful careers with rescue missions and other ministries, particularly those working in the inner city.
Students may enroll year round in the college's certificate or degree program, the latter of which leads to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Missions with an urban ministry emphasis. Have high-speed internet access? Get equipped.

Its funny; Thursday I sat down to write topics/titles of future MMM posts and I have one that will be speaking on mobile tech and urban ministry. Then I come here and see that you’ve jumped in on that idea already. Great to see a symmetry of thinking in that respect. Hopefully, what I write can compliment what you’ve already covered.
Symmetry as usual.
And again, congratulations on your excellent article in the NRB Magazine - I hate to say I heard it here first but well you know….
