Thanks for including BlogHer’s annual event. i’d also like to point out that Blogher is holding two other events this year:
The 2nd annual BlogHer Business Conference is specifically designed for organizations trying to introduce social media strategies and takes place April 3-4 in NYC.
The BlogHer Reach Out Tour is designed to bring BlogHer out to members of our community who cannot get to San Francisco this July. It takes place in 6 cities over two weeks this October.

John - Thanks for the correction! It’s a typo (already amended for posterity) and what’s even more ironic is I read about TED several places yesterday and never rechecked my own list.

Cynthia - you mean like the time they had me go out the airport and lulled me into the broom closet for a week while there was some blogging-for-God conference nearby?
I mean I don’t mean to complain about free accommodations but the lighting was terrible and the food was non-existent (other than the egg-n-cheese biscuit they used to lure me in).
Cynthia …. Godblogcon looked interesting, but the link takes you to LAST year’s dates. The above associated Blog World link takes you to dates for this year in Sept. Is Godblogcon in Nov. or Sept.?

Hi Paul - The Blog World / Godblogcon dates for 2008 are Sept. 20 - 21. The Blog World Expo link is good. The link for Godblogcon has not been updated yet so it still shows last year’s dates. According to the group’s facebook page (yes they have one) the link will be updated soon. We have Rhett Smith and Andrew Jackson to thank for the facebook group.
