Hollyoaks star admits to feeling pressure on social media photos

Hollyoaks Star Stephanie Warring has admitted to feeling pressured by her appearance and social media posts.

Using things like airbrushing, adjusting the face, and filters in photos is – like everything on the internet – something people constantly disagree with, but when it comes to the Cindy Cunningham actress, she is all for digitally editing her photos.

“I don’t like this image, it’s filtered on f ** k,” she wrote alongside a Instagram selfie, “but let’s be honest here, who doesn’t love a cheeky filter, there are like a billion to choose from to give you an instant facelift!

“If you’re a certain age you hold on to your youth for life, including me, sometimes I take a picture and I’m like, who the hell is looking at me?

“If I post that everyone will think I’m old and ugly, forgetting the fact that I’m 43 and watching HD TV on a 50 inch TV screen where you can see every pore and every wrinkle yelling at you! So yes if it makes you feel better f ** k it filters nobody else is the deal !!! [sic]. “
