New Relic adds infinite tracing for browser, mobile, and serverless apps

Engineers can now isolate performance bottlenecks faster with New Relic’s tail-based distributed tracing across the entire software stack; Infinite Tracing is available with regional support in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia

SAN FRANCISCO, April 21, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–New Relic (NYSE: NEWR), the observability company, has released a major update to New Relic Infinite Tracing®, its fully managed tracing solution that can analyze 100% of data from client tracing for quick isolation of performance bottlenecks. The launch includes two major innovations that are helping engineering teams around the world. First, front-end and full-stack developers can now analyze distributed traces generated by browser, mobile, and serverless applications and their back-end services for complete visibility. Second, customers in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia can use in-region trace watchers – key edge services in the region that enable infinite tracing – to access capacity at low costs. cloud egress while adhering to region-specific compliance requirements.
