Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

Surf Marketing

  • Liaise with photographers and digital creators on team content, delivering it to relevant business units
  • Marketing communication wholesalers and distributors
  • Marketing calendar planning and support
  • Planning and execution of surf content – team riders, model launches and collaborations.
  • Support for launches and events

Lifestyle / New Category Marketing Coordination

  • Marketing communication wholesalers and distributors
  • Marketing calendar management
  • Product creation and relationship management
  • Planning and execution of Lifestyle / New Category content – campaigns, lookbooks, social media and collaborations.

Social networks

  • Organize and organize SM media’s digital event publishing calendar and activity
  • post-planning and writing
  • Communication and sales support through SM channels.
  • Create content on-site at HS brand headquarters and at relevant events and project opportunities
  • Report monthly on statistics, results and adapt plans accordingly

Advertising and communications

  • Surf Media liaison and support
  • Surf launch strategy and coordination of media advertising expenditure
  • Development of editorial and press materials

Online and digital marketing support

  • Work alongside line manager on digital ad spend and content creation ● data analysis for digital marketing results
  • online writing and editorial
  • Paid advertising and management on social networks
  • Email marketing – manage weekly campaign sends and automated feeds

Relations with partners and special projects

  • Work with directors to foster and coordinate relationships with key partners and sponsorships
  • Content creation and delivery

Graphic design, photography, digital/video editing experience and a key understanding of Adobe CC preferred.
