Sharing Xbox game clips is set to get a lot easier with a new app feature that’s now available for testing.
The updated Xbox mobile app lets you share your favorite clips just by sharing a link – anyone who opens the link will be able to watch, without needing to sign in or have special permissions. The link will be available by selecting that specific clip in the My Library section of the app. From there you can copy it and send it to anyone. Depending on how you want to share it, it can be a bit easier and faster than the old process of sharing to specific destination apps.
Link sharing and trending content will soon be available on the Xbox mobile app, allowing you to share links to your in-game clips and see trending content from other Xbox gamers.
